Core Values

Integrity, anticorruption, and consistency are how we treat customers, suppliers, and investors and what we pursue. When making commitments for customers, we must assess our capacity before putting our back into them. In selecting suppliers and employees, we maintain impartiality and objectivity. At Taimide, anticorruption is our common goal and faction is strictly prohibited to ensure “cleanness” from inside out.

Management is glad to listen to recommendations from employees, and in return, employees are willfully make self-improvement. Through mutual discussions, we accept different opinions from teamwork. If we stop innovating, we will decline and be eliminated from the industry.
